TMP Mortgage Zone is a specialist mortgage broker based in Bedford. We offer a whole of the market service and can provide you with access to hundreds of products from all the well–known high street and many specialist lenders. We are able to offer you deals on first time buyer mortgages, home mover mortgages, remortgages, buy–to–let mortgages, commercial mortgages, and overseas property mortgages, with many exclusive deals some of which are not available on the high street. We can provide information and support if you are concerned about affordability, have bad or poor credit history, need to undertake self-certification of your income or you are an EU/non–EU citizen looking to purchase a property in the UK. We also offer advice on a range of general insurance and life insurance from a panel of highly respected insurance companies including Axa, Scottish Provident, Friends Provident and Liverpool Victoria, to protect you, your family and your home.
TMP Mortgage Zone has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry. We are committed to dealing with our clients professionally and fairly at all times. Our business is directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. This means when you are looking for specialist mortgage services you can choose TMP Mortgage Zone with confidence and reassurance. We do not charge any upfront fees and our normal administration fee of £350* is usually only payable on successful completion of your mortgage.
Our offices are in Bedfordshire but our clients come from across the UK. If you are not local to our office please do still get in touch as we do not require face–to–face interviews – everything can be done by phone, email and post.
